Introduction

Darwell Admissions (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a sole proprietorship based in Ontario, Canada, run by Andrew Adair. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use our website (the “Site”), contact us or book a session, how we use it and the choices you have. Last updated: October 9, 2026.

Information We Collect

  • Personal Information We collect personal information (“Personal Information”) that you choose to give us directly, for example when you:

    • Request a consultant match.

    • Book a session or package.

    • Use our contact form.

    • Pay for a session, seat or package.

    • Write to us by email before or after a session.

  • Personal Information may include names, email addresses, the program you are applying to, the messages you send us, session dates, payment records and any other details you share.

  • No Tracking The Site has no tracking cookies, no analytics and no advertising tools. Our contact form does not send anything to us directly. Instead, it works like this: When you press send:

    • Your own email app opens with your message filled in, and you decide whether to send it.

    • Nothing leaves your device until you send that email yourself, from your own account.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you give us only for these purposes, to:

  • Reply to your questions and requests.

  • Match you with a Guidance Consultant for your program.

  • Arrange bookings and process payments.

  • Communicate with you about your sessions, including booking confirmations, schedule changes and follow-ups.

  • Keep accurate records of sessions, refunds and Fair Play commitments.

  • Comply with legal obligations, including tax record keeping.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent or trade your Personal Information, and we do not share it with anyone except as described in this policy. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With Your Guidance Consultant: The Guidance Consultant you are matched with receives only what they need to help you, such as the student’s name, the program and your messages about the application.

  • With Service Providers: We use a small number of service providers needed to run sessions and payments, such as email, video calls and payment processing. They may use your information only to provide those services.

  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if Canadian law requires it, or in response to a valid request from a court or government authority with jurisdiction.

Security of Your Information

We use reasonable safeguards, suited to the sensitivity of the information, to protect your Personal Information from loss, theft and unauthorized access, use or disclosure. However, no method of sending information over the Internet or storing it electronically is completely secure.

  • Withdrawing Consent: You can withdraw your consent to our use of your information, subject to legal or contractual limits.

  • Complaints: You can raise a concern with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at any time.

  • Explanation: You can ask how your information has been used and who it has been shared with, and we will answer in plain language within 30 days. To exercise any of these rights, please email us at our contact page. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on your request.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your messages and booking details only as long as we need them to arrange and support your sessions, and then remove them when no longer needed. Payment and tax records are kept for as long as Canadian tax law requires.

Students Under 18

Our services are for Grade 11 and 12 students, and many of them are under 18. A parent or guardian books sessions for students under 18 and is our main contact for those bookings. We collect only what is needed to arrange those sessions, and a parent or guardian can ask to see, correct or delete that information at any time.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will post the new version on the Site and update the “Last updated” date in the introduction above.
