Absolutely! Send your questions through the contact page and we’ll answer them before you book, so you know which package fits, which tier applies, and what your sessions will look like.
Just the basics: (1) the student’s name and grade, (2) the programs they are applying to, (3) the package you want and any timing needs. A parent or guardian can send the request on the student’s behalf. We reply with a consultant match, the tier price and your booking confirmation.
Three people are part of every booking: the student (who writes every word), the parent (who books and pays through Darwell), and the Guidance Consultant. Before the first session, the parent and Guidance Consultant both agree to Fair Play: all sessions and payments stay inside Darwell. Everything happens online, with our team guiding you at each step.
Payments go through Darwell only, by card through our secure Stripe checkout when you book.
You get a full refund when you cancel at least 24 hours before the session starts, and you can rebook any time.
Price follows your program’s tier: Elite, Competitive or Core, set by how competitive the program is, from Waterloo CS in Elite to Core for most other Canadian programs. In every tier, Darwell offers clear, upfront prices with no hidden or unexpected costs.
Darwell is built for applicants, mainly students in Grade 11 or 12, applying to competitive Canadian programs, plus Canadians applying to US schools. It also suits parents who want clear prices, honest feedback and a plan.
Every session and payment goes through Darwell, so there are no private side deals. Under Fair Play, consultants and families agree not to arrange private paid work outside Darwell for 12 months. Students write every word, and no admission outcome is ever promised.
